Announcement!

I am sorry but there will be a change of schedule. I was supposed to release CoC on mondays, wednesdays and fridays while AFSGH on tuesdays and thursdays, but I won't be able to do that now.

My family's watching my internet use as of this weekend, as my heart disease resurfaced last saturday after its three months of silence. I have cardiomyopathy, if you're wondering. what type, even my doctor doesn't know as he doesn't see any visible problems.. he only classified it as cardiomyopathy because of the symptoms... It's a good thing the hospital's just across the street from my house cause I get random attacks of arrhythmia, dizziness, breathlessness and fainting spells haha......

POINT IS, my mother took my laptop and phone hostage. I only got 3 hours of visiting time with my laptop limiting my ability to churn out releases normally. So my solution is that instead of individual chapters, I'll be releasing them by arcs so I can focus more on translating than uploading...

CoC will probably be somewhere around the middle of october? AFSGH might be around the end of it. Maybe.. #fingerscrossed #prayforme

So, the bad news is over. Good news is I recovered my hard drive from my old laptop. I had a novel I was trying to translate there. There are translated chapters but theyre still unedited. It's a much lighthearted novel than the ones I am currently translating and it has an awesome MC (*^0^*)
I might be able to post it sometime this week, so look forward to it ^^

Thank you for reading at vellichor translations and for taking the time to read this announcement. see you soon!

PS I would be focused on translating chapters for now so I won't be able to go on the novelupdates forum much. i am not banning spoilers or anything, just that I hope you'll keep it general and not spoil the novels detail by detail, thanks! (^u^)

  1. I am sorry to hear you have serious health issues & I can understand why your parents are worried even though it is painful to not have access to the net nowadays. Follow your docs' instructions, take care of yourself, that is the most important. I hope whatever issue you have will be discovered soon & that there is a solution to the problem better than a bandaid. I sincerely wish your health improves soon.
If translating is an activity which doesn't tax you, keep doing it calmly, take your time.
You could also maybe ask someone to help you with the publishing part, so it doesn't take more of your energy & internet time.
We'll wait both to hopefully hear good news from you & to read your translations.

  4. Oof, cardiomyopathy... Brings back bad memories tbh (the doctor thought I had it but the problem was just my brain getting oxygen deprivation. Had to go to and fro to the hospital and eat veggies... :( ). So yeah, hope your health improves. :) and don't worry about NU, there's always someone updating it //I just don't know who.
